Holidays and special days Schedule:
We are open on all holidays except Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. We strongly advise customers to schedule their orders two days before each other holiday observed in Kenya.
We are open on Mother's Day, which always fall on a Sunday, as well as Valentine's Day. We keep extended hours during Mother's Day and Valentine's Day weeks. During the busy floral weeks of Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, we advise customers to place orders early to ensure the best possible selection and service. During these busy times, we do our best to accommodate same-day delivery requests; however, due to high volume, we cannot guarantee every last-minute order.
