What payment options do you accept?
Our accepted forms of payment are
1). Most credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover as well as MPESA.
2). PayPal: We also accept PayPal payments. When checking out select PayPal as your payment method. We will email you a link to process your payment shortly after the order is placed. Your order will be scheduled and delivered, pending payment confirmation. Please settle the invoice as soon as you can.
3). Other Mobile Money Payments / Offline payments ( Wave, Worldpay, western union, etc). Your order will be scheduled for delivery, pending payment confirmation.

How do I place and order?
The primary way to place order is on our website at www.sendflowers.co.ke. It is designed to assist shoppers with ordering flowers and gift baskets with the convenience of 24 hours a day service.
If the above is not convinient for you, we can place the order for you. To place the order for you, we will need you to send by WhatsApp or Email, the information below. Its important its in writing.
1). Your names, email add and phone contact.
2). Recipients names, delivery address and phone contact (just in case we need to call)
3). Your message to be printed on card
4).Product(s) names or SKU you like from our site (Sendflowers.co.ke)
5).Preferred Payment method (Paypal, Credit/debit Card, Mpesa, Mobile Money )

Can I send an order anonymously?
Yes, you can send an order anonymously, and also type whatever you like for the card message. Please be advised that we are obliged, if requested by the recipient, to give out the sender's name. This is a common floral industry practice. In general, we advise against sending anonymous gifts, as these often lead to some distress for the recipient. In our experience, the recipient will almost always prefer to know who has sent a gift at the exact time it is received.
Before you decide to send an order anonymously, please also consider whether or not the recipient will consider this criminal harrassment, or "stalking".

I don't not have the recipients address. Is a phone contact sufficient?
Yes. In such case we will have to call recipient for delivery address. The recipient may request complete disclosure of the sender's identity and the specifics of the delivery. Of course, this could sabotage the delivery's surprise element.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, within Nairobi. In most cases, we deliver within four hours of ordering. However, same-day orders must be placed by 3 p.m.
Order out of Nairobi Metropolis are deliverd next day by courier. Couriers do not work on Sundays, hence all deliveries out of Nairobi will be delivered from Tuesday to Saturday.

Do you deliver on Sundays?
We do not work on Sundays. However, if you require delivery on Sunday, you can make a special request via email or WhatsApp. See our Contact information. In that case, you must submit your order by Saturday at 12 p.m.
Why do you need my recipients phone number?
We will only contact your recipient if there is a delivery issue. In most cases, the delivery address is inaccurate or the person receiving it is not at the address provided. We will then call the recipient for specific delivery instructions.
What happens if the recipient refuses to accept my order?
If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery for any reason, or if we need to divert your purchase to a different delivery address on short notice, we may charge the full amount of the gift or a delivery fee. These conditions are handled individually. We always try to reduce unnecessary expenses while offering a fair and valuable service to our consumers.
How will I know my delivery was made successfully?
When your order is successfully delivered, you will receive an automatic delivery confirmation email to the address you supplied. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you by phone and/or email.
