I rarely write reviews but Tandao Online Stores provided an exceptional service delivering flowers to my girlfriend on her birthday. I made an order over the phone from the US and the process went smoothly all the way to on-time delivery to Westlands. Mohammed Abdalla went out of his way to make sure the flowers were delivered at the exact time as requested. I have never been to the shop or ever met any of the guys there. I just saw them on OLX emailed them and they responded. Did the transaction on line, paid by MPESA and delivery was perfectly on the agreed time.
I highly recommend and will be a constant customer.
